Good evening and welcome back to the channel! Today we going be doing a reiki session to help relieve you from the stress of the holiday season. I will be using my holiday bells to help with the healing and cleansing process. The purpose of this session is to get rid of stress and provide peace. The bells are a new trigger I’m trying out.
