Pickled Crab & Tomalley II

– Tomalley (aka Hepato-Pancreas) is the orange coloured organ that serves as both a liver, and a pancreas (it removes impurities in the crab). It is a delicacy, which makes it expensive, and can only be ordered at select shops, or some fish markets.
Crabs being bottom feeders sometimes ingest all kinds of toxic substances, which is why public health authorities caution against its consumption. In spite of this, it is still sought after. I thought I would try it, just one time ❤️💕
