ASMR from 1997: « The Sounds of Nature with Dr. Matt » – A Lo-Fi Role Play

Found at an estate sale, this VHS tape contains another production by the man who showcased a variety of early ASMR triggers for a mail-order video in 1995. This installment features an exhibition of nature sounds from within Yosemite National Park.

In this lo-fi ASMR video, I play the role of Dr. Matt as he explores Yosemite Valley and presents several relaxing sounds made with naturally-occurring objects. This video includes soft speaking, leaf crunching, rock tapping, pinecone sounds, walking on gravel, and more. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
