Tonight is the return of the Tascam mic and I have 20 or so triggers over 1.5 hours to help you relax, study or just get sleepy 🙂 I tried to use items that I haven’t used with this mic before, but there’s a lot of classic scratchy and crinkly triggers, as well as a few new ones. Also, I found these metal coin hand accessories that make a really nice jangling sound, so I thought they could maybe add to the tingles as well 🙂 Oh and I got a cat 😻 I hope you find some of this relaxing and I thank you very much for watching. 00:01 – 02:11 – Preview for most of the sounds
02:12 – 07:09 – Intense scratching with metallic cleaning sponges
07:10 – 11:17 – Textured scratching on liquid floor tile, with some tapping
11:18 – 16:47 – Mic massage/brushing with 2 fluffy powder puffs (& some tapping on the packaging)
16:48 – 20:41 – Crinkling a cellophane wrapped beeswax candle
20:42 – 26:35 – Russian ‘Matryoshka’ dolls. Wooden lid sounds & scratchy sounds
26:36 – 30:50 – Scalp massage with fluffy faux fur fabric
30:51 – 34:37 – Liquid filled hourglasses. Bubbling sounds, with a little glass tapping
34:38 – 38:18 – Scratching on a pink lego base plate
38:19 – 42:46 – Vinyl pear toy filled with rice & beads, multiple different sounds
42:47 – 44:33 – Short bonus trigger (large & scratchy cat toy)
44:34 – 47:48 – Hair brush bristle sounds with 3 plastic hair brushes
47:49 – 52:00 – Scratching a textured glass vase
52:01 – 57:10 – Crinkling paper napkins
57:11 – 1:04:02 – Metallic pipe cleaners on windshields, scratchy sounds
1:04:03 – 1:08:18 – Crinkling with a crunchimal
1:08:19 – 1:12:40 – Mic brushing with 90s troll hair 😛
1:12:41 – 1:18:31 – Glass heart pebbles in a net. Clicky glass sounds & putting them over the mic
1:18:32 – 1:22:42 – Mic capsule/plastic case tapping & massaging mics with fingers
1:22:43 – 1:27:41 – Heat pad sheep, crunchy kind of sounds
1:27:42 – 1:31:34 – Tapping & scratching the liquorice allsorts dog toys
1:31:35 – 1:34:43 – Wooden ball toy. Clicky sounds
1:34:44 – End – Meet Millie cat! I tried to make a relaxing cat purring trigger but, well, you can see how that went 😛
